All our classes are Vinyasa-based. Vinyasa flow classes can be recognized by their focus on breathing with the movement. Your breath allows you to get deeper into poses, which increases your flexibility. Also, you hold the poses for a longer period of time which builds strength. Lastly, the connection between movement and breath improves your concentration, which in the end will have a relaxing effect on the body and mind.

Basic Flow

Basic Flow is meant for people who are new to yoga. Yoga can look complicated or seem intimidating. Do you have to be able to touch your toes to do yoga? Not at all! Get used to different basic vinyasa yoga postures and gain confidence. The class will be mildly intensive so you'll still get a work out from it.

Yoga Play

Yoga Play classes are meant for yogis that would like to work on certain postures. These classes are more playful than usual. Together we'll do an intensive warmup. After that, we will work on different difficult postures (of your choice). For example, think of variations in headstand, arm balances, but also back bends, twists, hipopeners. You will learn how to spot your fellow students and help them in difficult postures. At the end of the class we'll do a cooling down together. It is helpful to have some familiarity with yoga practice before you try a Yoga Play class. That being said, the choice of yoga posture you'd like to work on is totally up to you.
